Banana Protein Pancakes

These are super easy to make and are actually delicious! Minimal dishes. 


– 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

– 1/4 cup oats (rolled oats, quick oats)

– 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/2 of a large banana (If you add the whole banana these stay kind of moist and look a little raw when you eat them, so unless you’re into that… tip: *save the other half for a smoothie later)

– 1/4 cup egg whites from a carton (This is equal to 2 egg whites from regular eggs *tip: save the yolks for a hair mask if using full eggs)

– 1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened almond milk

– as much cinnamon as you want (you do you), but anywhere around 1/2 teaspoon


– Preheat a skillet or pan (or if you have a griddle, you rock – these can make more pancakes at a time.)
