Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowls

So, unfortunately I can’t eat pancakes every morning (or can I…?). So this is my typical every day breakfast. Like any smoothie, there are so many variations you can make.  It’s super quick, just take everything you like and throw it into a bowl. Here’s my usual:

Ingredients:

– 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (if you’re hardcore, go for plain Greek yogurt, I don’t like the taste)

– ~1 tablespoon honey and oat granola (*I just take a spoonful, use however much you want. I get my granola from Bulk Barn)

– Berries. All the berries, all the time. This picture shows blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries (as a rule of thumb: the darker the berry, the better it probably is for you) 

Other ideas:

– Add chia seeds or ground flaxseed (you can find these at Bulk Barn)

– Use different fruits

– Add cinnamon or drizzle with honey…
