How to make a healthier chilli!

If you are in the mood for something warm and cozy, but don’t want the heavy calories from a regular chilli, these few tips will help you cut back!

  • Substitute ground beef for ground turkey or ground chicken to decrease fat
  • Use “no salt added” beans and other canned vegetables to decrease sodium
  • Add as many beans as you’d like to increase fibre
  • Add a variety of different vegetables to add different nutrients

These tips can be used to make many different recipes healthier! Enjoy 🙂
