First thing’s first, here’s my awesome mad lib to celebrate #1millionminutes. We are seriously getting up there with minutes now and it is super fun to see how many different ways I can be active!
I’m so excited [adj] to fuel my #1MillionMinutes goals with Puritan’s Pride! All summer I plan to run [verb] my way to a healthier, fitter me, and I’ll need help staying hydrated and fueled during all my outdoor [adj] adventures!
I will make sure I stay on track and will rely on Puritan’s Pride [noun] to keep me well fueled before, during and after workouts, and my hydration pack [noun] to keep me hydrated!
I’m most excited to try Quest bar (product) and Vega Sport (product) from Puritan’s Pride because they look tasty (adj).
One supplement I’ve never tried but am curious about is recovery powder [noun]. I think it might make me extra injury-free [adj].
Bring it, #1MillionMinutes! I’m ready to go!
As for the workout plan for this week… Training for Haliburton is officially underway and last week I had a really good week of running. I hope to carry that momentum into this week…
Monday: 5km easy run
Tuesday: 8km tempo run
Thursday: 10km easy run
This weekend I am going away so I have shifted my workouts to do my best not too skip any!
